The Reuse Marketplace does not allow listings for:
- live animals
- ammunition or weapons
- illegal goods
- automobiles
- hazardous waste (partially used containers of chemicals, or chemicals that are in containers other than the original)
- services
- materials for recycling

By submitting a listing with the Reuse Marketplace now or in the future, you agree unconditionally to release the Northeast Recycling Council, Inc. (NERC), its employees, members, advisors, agents, funders, and sponsors from any and all liability whatsoever resulting from, pursuant to, or connected with such listing and any future transactions or communications resulting therefrom.
Neither NERC, its employees, members, advisors, agents, funders, or sponsors are liable under any circumstances for any information, misinformation, error, representation or misrepresentation, nor makes any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or quality of any information, communication, product or equipment offered through the Reuse Marketplace.
NERC, as the administrator of the Reuse Marketplace makes no legal determination whatsoever, including whether listed material is hazardous or dangerous under law or by circumstance. The Reuse Marketplace reserves the right not to list a material, to de-list a material, or to edit information provided by the listing organization.
